Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

During product launches, limited drops, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer due to increased order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping
We offer FREE U.S. shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts).
International Shipping
Death Bloom Company LLC currently ships to select international destinations.

Order Tracking
Once your package has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Death Bloom Company LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Multiple Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
